Madhuri Dixit’s yoga video for the coming International Yoga Day!


Madhuri Dixit herself is a fitness enthusiast and recently, the actress posted her video performing Bhujangasana shedding light on the importance of Yoga.

Veteran Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit is a fitness enthusiast. The Beta actress has been sharing videos and pics of her doing yoga. In a video that the actress shared, she can be seen doing the Bhujangasana pose and showing the fans how to do it step by step. The International Yoga Day is around the corner and Tezaab star has been sharing simple yoga forms for her admirers and followers to practice on the day to commemorate the art. Beside Madhuri Dixit, there are numerous Bollywood actresses like Bipasha Basu, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Malaika Arora and numerous more who prefer yoga than working out.

While performing the Bhujangasana the actress posted, “Yoga has always been a part of my fitness regime. As #InternationalYogaDay is coming up I want to share some simple asanas & invite you all to join me Day 1 - #Bhujangasana to strengthen the spine, stimulate abdominal organs, and relieve stress & fatigue. Soha Ali Khan flaunts her baby bump on the occasion of International Yoga Day!

Bollywood actress Soha Ali Khan is all set to embrace motherhood and is enjoying her pregnancy. The actor along with her husband Kunal Kemmu and his family went to London for a vacation and truly had a fun time there. She has been making sure to enjoy her pregnancy like never before.

Recently, on the occasion of International Yoga Day, Soha posted a couple of pictures flaunting her cute baby bump. In the picture, she is seen doing a yoga asana while holding her bump.

Soha captioned the picture telling, "This #internationalyogaday 2017 don't pose for the photographers, pose for yourself #yogaforlife"

Then, she tweeted a picture collage, doing different asanas. In one of the photos, her pet dog is looking at her lovingly. Talking about the collage, Soha stated, "Who says you can't stay fit when pregnant ?! with @RupalSidhpura #applewatch and #Masti #doga #yogaforlife #InternationalYogaDay 2017"








Bollywood celebs vouch for yoga on the occasion of International Yoga Day!








International Yoga Day was yesterday! As we all know many Bollywood celebs vouch for this oldest fitness regime to keep themselves in shape and maintain a peace of mind.

Celebs namely Kareena Kapoor Khan, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Bipasha Basu Singh Grover, Lara Dutta, Malaika Arora and others make sure to do yoga at least once daily and maintain their hot body.

They have even recommended the fitness regime and spoken a lot about yoga over the years.

Kareena Kapoor Khan after the birth of her son Taimur Ali Khan is shedding the extra kilos and is getting back in shape like she had before pregnancy. Other than visiting the gym regularly, Kareena even does yoga. A photo of the actor performing yoga along with Saif Ali Khan was circulated in the year 2008. It was also stated that to maintain her fit body Kareena did 50 Suryanamaskars and 45 minutes of different yoga asanas. She had even introduced yoga to her best friends Malaika Arora and Amrita Arora.

Shilpa Shetty Kundra can assuredly be considered as the epitome of yoga in Bollywood. The actor has been practicing yoga for numerous years now and is endorsing the same on her social media pages. She even released a DVD of yoga and also has her own Youtube channel where she performs different asanas and helps viewers do the same too.

Speaking of yoga, Shilpa specified previously to us, "You know what Yoga does to you is it gives you that confidence to achieve something which is on heights. It harnesses the energy and Yoga are also about giving you will-power and if you have will-power and control on your mind, it will make you reach to a higher target."

She further added, "You are so calmer in your mind and your breathing pattern is also improved. Yoga is a science and still, people don't understand it. Just losing weight is not enough, maintaining weight is a discipline. Yoga is that discipline. I really suggest that anyone who is wanting to maintain weight in the long term should definitely get into Yoga."

Bipasha Basu Singh Grover is another actor who is known to have one of the adequate bods in Bollywood. The actor along with her husband Karan Singh Grover is seen sharing pictures and videos of them performing yoga together. Earlier, like Shilpa, Bips had also released a DVD of yoga. Talking about the same, she stated to a leading tabloid previously, "The idea behind releasing my yoga DVD is to make more people aware of yoga, and achieve a synchronised growth of mind, body and soul."

Lara Dutta is practicing yoga for more than a decade and she inspired everybody when she released a DVD performing prenatal yoga. During pregnancy, Lara kept herself in shape by performing yoga. Even with the heavy baby bump, Lara practiced yoga with ease and comfort. When questioned about the importance of yoga in her life, Lara has previously told, "Yoga is the best thing that happened to me. I firmly believe that yoga coupled with strength training creates a stronger, leaner and more flexible body. I have been a yoga practitioner for over 12 years and the benefits that I’ve reaped have been immense."


Malaika Arora is snapped post yoga session almost every day. The sexy woman is winning hearts with her fit bod in her 40s. Malaika is into yoga for numerous years and shares numerous photographs and videos of performing the asanas on her Instagram page.

Indian National level stars participates in yoga sessions on the occasion of International Yoga Day!

The world is rejoicing International Yoga Day today. As many as 23 countries have organized Yoga sessions to rejoice the day. India too has observed yoga sessions across the country with the who's who of the film world and politics participating in it. While Prime Minister Narendra Modi performed Yoga amidst the rains, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis joined his wife Amruta Fadnavis at a Yoga session in Mumbai.

Poonam Mahajan too attended a Yoga session along with Bollywood actress Kirti Kulhari. Numerous Bollywood celebrities have also shared their love for Yoga by posting about it. Actors like Kangana Ranaut, Shilpa Shetty, Bipasha Basu, Juhi Chawla, Suniel Shetty, Karan Singh Grover among others have shared pictures of themselves performing Yoga and they are sure to give you a lot of fitness goals.


In an interview when Shilpa Shetty was questioned about her love for Yoga, she had told, "Yoga did not just help me with my body, I became fitter from within. It helped me to focus better. In the movies, we may look very glamourous and fit, but believe me, not many of us are actually fit from within. Yoga has helped me achieve that."
