Big B’s appreciation letter for Runway 34’s costar Ajay Devgn!

Film Runway 34 was released in the theatres on the 29th of April, 2022. The aviation drama featured Ajay Devgn, Rakul Preet Singh, and Amitabh Bachchan in lead roles. Ajay juggled as director and actor in the movie. Lately, Amitabh Bachchan shared some words of appreciation for his co-star Ajay. He penned a handwritten letter to Devgn. 

Amitabh Bachchan wrote, “Ajay, Ajay, Ajay, an absolute honor to be a part of '34' and to be the recipient of a magnificent director's gift. Your work is superior. The way you have put everything together is simply marvelous, They say it's your best, but I know that there shall be many more bests. Congratulations! Love Amitabh” Feeling overwhelmed by his gesture, Ajay Devgn shared the note with his fans and wrote, “When the illustrious and magnanimous Amitabh Bachchan stars in your directorial venture, it is an honor that is hard to encapsulate in words. And when he uses his heartfelt words in a hand-written note of appreciation it stirs emotions that are a heady mix of gratitude, quiet pride, and satisfaction. Thank you Amit ji! #Runway34 @amitabhbachchan”.

Rakul Preet Singh’s parents' reaction on wearing a uniform in Runway 34!

Bollywood celeb Ajay Devgn’s forthcoming film Runway 34 is making headlines due to its unique storyline and a stellar cast. The movie, inspired by true events, stars Amitabh Bachchan, Rakul Preet Singh, and Boman Irani along with him. It will also feature Aakanksha Singh and Angira Dhar in key roles.

Recently, in a media chat, Rakul Preet has disclosed her parents’ reaction when she signed for Runway 34. For the information, Rakul’s father was himself an army officer, which makes this film a personal experience for her. Disclosing her father’s reaction, Rakul revealed, “My parents love that I am wearing a uniform in the film, but they won’t say anything until they watch it. My father gives me critical reviews. So, for me, they are the public; I get the best reviews from them.”

Revealing about the preparations for her role, Rakul disclosed that the real homework was to understand the cockpit and there was a caption on the set to guide them. The 31-yr-old also said that she has even worked a lot on her tone for the film. 

She further went on to disclose that since there was a restricted space to shoot, Ajay Devgn had placed seven cameras in the cockpit so that they don’t have to repeat any shot.

Runway 34 is slated to release theatrically on the 29th of April, 2022.
