Kiara Advani opens up on choosing scripts!

As we know that actress Kiara Advani Kiara Advani rose to fame with Sushant Singh Rajput’s film MS Dhoni. Post that, there has been no looking back for Kiara as she has bagged a couple of movies. Kiara Advani’s last movie titled Kabir Singh is setting the cash registers ringing at the box office as the film has zoomed past Rs 200 crores mark at the box office and besides of course, Shahid Kapoor who is being loved in the movie, Kiara Advani too has won accolades as Kabir Singh’s lover interest, Preeti.

As per a media chat, Kiara Advani opened up on her Bollywood career as she told that she is greedy to do interesting roles even if they are not lead roles. “I am greedy and I want to do a role that’s interesting. It may not be a lead role but it should add to the screenplay and have something that’s interesting. I don’t want to do projects just to add the glam tadka.”

Shahid Kapoor opens up about like or dislike of audiences for Kabir Singh!

Bollywood star Shahid Kapoor's newest release Kabir Singh earned more than Rs 200 crores at the box office. The movie is helmed by Sandeep Vanga Reddy and also stars Kiara Advani in the main role. While some people loved the movie, numerous didn't like the toxic and violent depiction of the lead hero in it.

In a media chat, Shahid Kapoor was enquired about his character. Shahid told that his job as an actor is to depict a character and it's the audience's discretion to like or dislike him for all the character's good. He further added that he never plays himself in the movies and everyone knows who he is. He is a vegetarian and doesn't drink and is married and has kids.

About the film's success, Shahid told that he has been in the industry for 15 years, but this is something so phenomenal to him that he is still absorbing it. He added that he is at a place in his career where he is happy to take his time.

Bollywood’s new Jodi Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani starrer Kabir Singh finally releasedon 21 June 2019. Kabir Singh is an official remake of Telugu superhit Arjun Reddy which starred Vijay Deverakonda in the central role.

The Hindi remake is directed by Sandeep Vanga who also directed the original movie. On Kabir Singh’s review, fans took to their Twitter pages to share their views on Kabir Singh.

Shahid Kapoor to reveal reason behind YES for Kabir Singh!

Charming star Shahid Kapoor is all set to thrill the viewers with his act in the movie Kabir Singh. In the film, Kapoor essays the role of an alcohol and drug addict due to his heartbreak. The movie also stars Kiara Advani in the lead role. In a media chat, Shahid got candid about his role.

He told that his character's sheer intensity attracted him. Shahid revealed, "It's what attracted me to the film in the first place. I believe there is a Kabir Singh inside everyone. That's why people can relate to him so easily."

For role’s authenticity, Shahid Kapoor had to smoke a lot of cigarettes as his character also become addicted to smoking. In a media chat, Shahid Kapoor disclosed that he had to take a shower for 2 hours every day to get rid of the cigarette smell so that he can spend time with his kids.

In the movie, Shahid Kapoor's character smokes a lot. But, Shahid doesn't endorse smoking in real life. Shahid revealed, "I don’t endorse smoking at all. However, the role required it, as the protagonist uses it to channel his angst and rage. It wasn’t easy, and it came to a point where I smoked almost 20 cigarettes a day."

Shahid Kapoor is ready for his forthcoming movie Kabir Singh. In the movie’s teaser, we get to see Shahid Kapoor as Kabir Raj Singh, a brilliant medical student who is obsessively in love with his girlfriend essayed by Kiara Advani. Shahid nailed the role of an angry, jilted love in the one and half minute teaser.

But, now, the admirers wanted to see of Kabir Singh’s story and thus, the makers are all set for the launch of the trailer on May 13. Shahid took to social media and shared the date of the trailer launch of Kabir Singh along with a new poster which showcases his journey from being a possessive boyfriend to an angry, jilted alcoholic doctor. In the poster, Shahid can be seen as a medical student and Kiara can be seen as his lover.

Kabir Singh is the remake of a Telugu film Arjun Reddy which starred Vijay Deverakonda. Kabir Singh is scheduled to release on June 21, 2019.

Shahid Kapoor reveals about 10 minutes chat with Baahubali star Prabhas!

In Kabir Singh, Shahid is essaying the titular character who is a man full of rage and is fanatically in love with his girlfriend played by Kiara Advani. Shahid’s Kabir Singh is a remake of Telugu film Arjun Reddy in which Vijay Deverakonda essayed the lead role.

Post the teaser launch, numerous people loved Shahid’s angry young man side. Amongst them was Baahubali star Prabhas too. Prabhas didn’t just love it, he even went ahead and congratulated him for his movie. As per a media source, their stylist Aalim Haakim had connected Prabhas and Shahid over a call and they both talked for about 10 minutes in which Prabhas praised him and wished him all the luck for the movie.

In a latest chat with a daily, Shahid disclosed how he felt post the call and stated that the 10 minutes of conversation with such a big star (Prabhas) left him with an awe-inspiring feeling. Shahid revealed since Prabhas and he share the same hairstylist, he connected them over a call and they spoke about Kabir Singh. Shahid revealed, “We share a hairstylist, Aalim [Hakim]. They were talking about the teaser, and the next thing you know, he called to congratulate me. The 10-minute chat left me overwhelmed."

Kabir Singh is scheduled to release on June 21, 2019.
