He is the son of businessman Sanjay Pahariya and Smruti Sanjay Shinde, a media entrepreneur and owner of Sobo Films. His maternal grandfather is Sushilkumar Shinde, the former Chief Minister of Maharashtra and Union Home Minister. Veer's brother, Shikhar Pahariya, is also a well-known figure, reportedly associated with actress Janhvi Kapoor.

Veer's education includes attending Dhirubhai Ambani International School in Mumbai and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Global Financial Management from Regent's University in London. Before his acting aspirations took center stage, he co-founded Indiawyn Gaming with his brother, an entrepreneurial venture in the gaming industry.

Journey to the Silver Screen: Behind the Camera and In Front

Veer Pahariya's path to acting was not a direct one. He gained valuable experience behind the scenes by working as an assistant director on the film Bhediya (2022), where he also served as a body double for actor Varun Dhawan. Actress Pia Bajpai turns an Assistant Director for his debut film!

Pia Bajpai, who is all set to mark her Hindi film debut with director Syed Ahmad Afzal's Laal Rang, opposite Randeep Hooda, also learnt the art of direction while shooting for the movie.

Pia always wanted to explore direction and would often sit with assistant directors to learn the subject, during the making of the movie. She then expressed her desire to work as an AD to the makers and they gladly agreed. On the days she wouldn’t be shooting, she used to help the crew and we hear she pulled off both the roles – of being an actor and an AD, quite well. Sources claim that Randeep often used to tease her by asking her for his continuity shots.

Confirming the reports, Pia told, ''Laal Rang being my debut is very close to me and spending time assisting Randeep during my four-day break in the schedule just helped me further master my craft.''

Laal Rang is slated to release on April 22.
