Meghan Gulzar basked in Chhapaak’s success for five seconds
before she turned her attention to the Sam Manekshaw biopic that’ll see Vicky
Kaushal playing the man who led the Indian Army during the 1971 Indo-Pakistan
War.
The director is just wrapping up the film’s casting, and
there are whispers that she’s signed Kiara Advani to play Sam’s wife Silloo
Bode. While most of the film will be about Sam’s military career, Meghna will
also tell the story of how he met his wife at a social gathering in Lahore,
where it was a case of love at first sight! Those stories never get old!
