As we know, the ex-couple had requested a legal move known as bifurcation, which allows them to declare themselves as legally single before the divorce is finalized. Later, it was disclosed that the judge had accepted their request and granted them the single status. After settling the bifurcated divorce, Jolie also legally dropped her married last name. So yes, Angelina Jolie-Pitt is now officially Angelina Jolie.

The actor is also not sure about whether he will get married again or not. “He will think twice before ever again sharing his surname with another woman. He was heartbroken when his marriage ended and it makes him sad to know that she is removing his name from hers, but he feels it is the right thing to do and the kids totally understand,” the source added.
