British action director Greg Powell, who has worked on movies
like Skyfall, Fast And Furious 6 and several Harry Potter movies, has been
signed up to work on forthcoming movie Prem Ratan Dhan Payo by Sooraj Barjatya.
Though Barjatya is known for making family entertainers,
this time, his movie will have a lot of action sequences and fencing scenes and
so the makers decided to rope in Powell for the action scenes. It seems that
Salman Khan, who plays the male lead, is not too fond of gruesome violence in
his movies and has asked the makers to ensure that the action scenes in Prem
Ratan Dhan Payo are flamboyant and fabulous as opposed to gruesome and brutal.
Apart from Salman Khan, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo also stars
Sonam Kapoor and Neil Nitin Mukesh.
