Actor-producer Arbaaz Khan, who made his directorial debut
with the much-successful Dabangg 2 starring Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha, lately
rubbished a newspaper article which claimed that he will not direct the third movie
in the series.
Taking to Twitter, Arbaaz posted, ''I will be directing
Dabangg 3 whenever it happens, Absolute India carried this rubbish story by
journalist Reshma.'' In a past interview, Arbaaz had told, ''Yes, we want to
make Dabangg 3 but only if we get a powerful script. I don't want to make a
third part just for the sake of cashing in on the popularity of the
franchise.''
The Dabangg series is extremely popular because of its prime
hero Inspector Chulbul Pandey, a lovable rogue, who doesn't mind bending the
law to achieve justice.
