Recently, megastar Amitabh Bachchan celebrated his 80th birthday on 11^th October. On this occasion, Big B was flooded with sweet and warm birthday wishes and love from fans from across the world. Even his children Abhishek Bachchan and Shweta Bachchan Nanda posted loveable posts on the special occasion.

Now, Big B’s daughter Shweta Bachchan took to her Instagram space and shared a couple of new pics showcasing how they ended Amitabh Bachchan’s 80th birthday celebrations. In the first pic, Shweta and Big B can be seen seated next to each other as the father and daughter duo held each other close. Both of them looked extremely regal as they twinned in beautiful, printed ethnic wear. In the next pic, Sr. Bachchan can be seen seated in the middle with Abhishek and Shweta on his either side. Abhishek can be seen looking elegant as he donned a bright yellow kurta with trousers. The trio looked at the camera and smiled as they posed for the picture.

Sharing the post, Shweta wrote in the caption, “Twinning & Winning - perfect end to an incredible day (white heart emojis)”.

On the film front, Amitabh Bachchan will be seen in Uunchai with Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Danny Denzongpa, Sarika, and Parineeti Chopra.

Abhishek and Shweta’s birthday wish to mother Jaya Bachchan with throwback photo!

Well-known actress and a famous politician, Jaya Bachchan, celebrates her 72nd birthday on 9^th April. Her kids’ actor Abhishek Bachchan and daughter Shweta Bachchan made sure to wish their mother on social media at 12 am. While Abhishek posted a loveable photo and message for his mother, Shweta dug into the family picture archives and posted a snap from an old album. In the photograph, a young Jaya can be seen donning a simple saree as she reads a book.

Shweta's caption for the photograph was rather poetic. Shweta wrote, "I carry your heart with me (I carry it in my heart) I am never without it (anywhere I go you go...)-happy birthday Mama; I love U (with a little help from e e Cummings)." Apart from Jaya, Shweta and Abhishek can also be seen sitting next to their mum in the photograph.

Beside sister, Abhishek wrote, "As every child will tell you, their favourite word is... MA! Happy Birthday, Ma. Although you are away in Delhi due to the lockdown and we all are here in Mumbai, know that we are thinking of you and carry you in our hearts. I love you!"

Celebs to attend a 90s Bollywood bash!

Recently, Tinsel town celebrities dressed up as characters from their favourite 90's Bollywood film. Director Amritpal Singh Bindra hosted a theme party as he turned a year older and numerous Bollywood celebs marked their presence. The Instagram stories and photographs of the celebrities recite their late-night shenanigans.

Janhvi Kapoor, Sidharth Malhotra, Katrina Kaif, Kiara Advani, Shweta Bachchan, Neha Dhupia, Angad Bedi, Manish Malhotra, and Karan Johar were a few to name who graced the theme party. While Karan Johar, Gauri Khan, and Kaajal Anand recreated a Kuch Kuch Hota Hai moment, Shweta Bachchan and Sidharth Malhotra were found twinning as they matched Amitabh Bachchan's Jumma Chumma song look. Fashion designer Manish Malhotra too embraced the 90's style as his shirt read 'I am the 90s'.

On the special occasion of Raksha Bandhan, Shweta Bachchan shared photographs of herself with brother Abhishek, cousin Naina, kids Navya Naveli, Agastya and Aaradhya among others from the fun-filled celebrations.

Abhishek too shared a loveable photo with her sisters and captioned the same as, "They have been by my side through it all, and still, they stand in support and with love. Happy Rakhi @shwetabachchan @nainabachchan, Namrata and Nilima. #brothersandsisters #rakshabandhan"

He also posted a throwback photo and captioned it as, "Been picking on her since 1976! Happy Rakhi @shwetabachchan Love you. #brothersandsisters." Soon Shweta responded on the cute picture as, "Pudding  love you G. Why do you want my doll though?"

A few hours back, Big B took to the micro-blogging site Twitter to share throwback pictures of Shweta and Abhishek to marke the festival. He wrote, “T 3258 - RakshaBandhan .. the love of the sister .. the protection of the brother .. the strong bond everlasting and sincere .. रक्षाबंधन ! बहन का स्नेह ; भाई की सुरक्षा ; ये बंधन पवित्र , निरंतर , निश्चल.”

Shweta Bachchan Nanda’s sweet message for father Amitabh Bachchan!

Well-known celeb Shweta Bachchan Nanda made her acting debut with father Amitabh Bachchan in an ad for a leading jewelry brand. The commercial released recently and Shweta took to her social media account to share a still from it and posted, “From our ad! @SrBachchan you’re my safety net for life. You made this so seamless for me! I loved going to work with you! Thank you xx”

Amitabh Bachchan too shared the ad and posted, “Emotional moment for me... tears welling up every time I see it... daughters are the BEST !!”

Shweta Bachchan Nanda is a well-known columnist and is turning author with her book, Paradise Towers which will be published by an international publication. She has never appeared in front of the camera and had shared reasons for the same in her column in a daily.

She had written, “There is something about “Start sound, camera, action” that makes me freeze up and garble my speech like I have a mouth full of marbles. Being an actor and a successful one at that, is the stuff fairy-tales are made of, as you reach unimaginable heights. But it is a tough world and most people do not realise the personal sacrifices made to get to these lofty positions. A lot of my life has been shaped by these very sacrifices made by my parents.”

The sizzling photo shoot for Navya Nanda, Shweta Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan!

The Bachchan females - Jaya, Shweta and Navya Nanda shot for a special issue of Vogue magazine this month. The cover of the same was launched last night at the Vogue Beauty Awards and it has assuredly grabbed massive eyeballs!

Looking breathtaking on the cover, the three ladies were grace personified. The tag line of the cover read, "The Bachchan Women: Inside the world of Jaya, Shweta and Navya".

While Navya looks splendid in a maroon outfit in the cover photo of the story, pictures of Jaya Bachchan goofing around with daughter Shweta Bachchan has caught our attention. In the photo, Jaya is seen smiling happily as she poses with Shweta, who is seen displaying her smile as she is dressed in a green deep neck dress with a thigh-high slit and silver pumps.

Navya and Shweta's photos together also make for a lovely sight. While in one picture Shweta is seen lying down on a couch in a black off-shoulder dress with a checkered black and white skirt, Navya sports a hot dolce and gabbana lacy net dress, in the other photo, Shweta sizzled in a skinny jeans with a black asymmetrical top that had rouching on one side and a sweet heart neckline with Navya looking a hottie in blue ripped denim shorts, white tank top with black mesh turtle neck top coupled with silver strappy heels.

Big B shares an endearing throwback pic of Shweta and Abhishek!

Big B is a hot favorite on social media. Amitabh Bachchan regularly shares pictures and memories from the past on his social networking handle. Now, Big B took to Twitter to share an adorable picture of his kids Shweta Bachchan Nanda and Abhishek Bachchan.

He posted, "40 years of Amar Akbar Anthony .. and Shweta and Abhishek visit me on the set when I was doing song 'my name is Anthony Gonsalves."

Big B is presently shooting for 102 Not Out, where he will be seen as a 102-year-old man and will play father to veteran actor Rishi Kapoor.

"Fortunate to still be seeing my self thus. Shamitabh, Piku, Wazir, Te3n, Pink, Sarkar3 and 102 Not Out," Amitabh had posted on Twitter on Wednesday alongside a collage of the characters that he played in recent times.

The movie is being directed by Umesh Shukla.
