Avika Gor and Manish Raisinghan grace the Cannes 2017 in their stylish way!

One of TV world's most lovable onscreen couples are Roli and Siddanth aka Avika Gor and Manish Raisinghan. The two are said to be BFF's even off the camera. Audience's RoSid who are presently at the Cannes Film Festival are leaving no stone unturned in looking their best! The two this time too were at Cannes second year in a row representing India at the international level.  The couple decided to go for classic black for the red carpet as Avika was donning a Reeti Anerja outfit. 

Avika seems to have carried off the look quite assuredly and we love the fact that Avika has kept it classy at the Cannes! Manish on the other side, went for a black tuxedo from Mischief and what really stands out is the french beard, which suits the actor we must say! Avika looked beautiful in her floor length black gown with less jewellery along with a pair of natural orange shaded lips and eyes with sparkling make-up. Manish too looked dapper in his black tuxedo charming away the crowd and paparazzi with his playful and fun nature. Both seemed to be having a lot of fun with the people there. While interacting with the admirers and the crowd, they were seen flaunting Namaste gesture.

Avika Gor and Manish Raisinghan’s short movie, ‘I Me Myself’ at Cannes 2017!

TV stars Avika Gor and Manish Raisinghan stole our hearts with their adorable chemistry as Roli and Siddhanth in Sasural Simar Ka. Their chemistry off-screen is also loveable and they consider each other BFF's and are also making short movies together. 

Last year, their short film Ankahee Baatein was screened at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival. This year too, the twosome will be heading to Cannes Film Festival for the second time for their short movie, I Me Myself.

What makes it interesting this year is their film's on-the-spot entry to a pitch competition at Cannes that has put them on the world map by getting selected in the top 20 from the entries received from 33 countries.

Avika told, "We got a mail from Cannes official website for a pitch competition, we didn’t really take it seriously as we didn’t really know what it would be, another mail mentioned that the competitions are by and for Shorts TV which is one of the biggest platforms for short films. We kept wondering that there will be many entries and obviously from 33 countries which we just got to know, we were supposed to send synopsis for the first round but Manish had a better idea that was the poster. He designed the poster and sent the synopsis on it."

Manish told, "We were actually confident as the poster is out of the box and something that brings curiosity and that’s what worked for us. Being selected in top 20 is huge for us and now we are preparing for the big final for presenting it in Cannes. We hope that we make India proud!"

If rumors are to be believed, then Avika Gor aka chhoti Anandi of Balika Vadhu and Roli of Sasural Simar Ka fame is dating her 36-year-old co-actor from Sasural Simar Ka, Manish Raisinghani. They made buzz because of their age difference and they were all over the news. Though they have never disclosed their relationship in public, their actions tell a different story altogether. 

TV star Avika also walked the prestigious red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival 2016 and was accompanied by Manish at the event. They were lately spotted seeing a movie and a source revealed us that they were cozying up at a suburban theatre in Mumbai. Amusingly, they were behaving normally at the ticket window, but as soon as they got comfortable at their recliners, they started getting all mushy and couldn't take hands off each other.

TV star Manish Raisinghan and partner Udayan Shah launched their new lounge and threw a splendid get-together. The lounge will have classes ranging from music and dance to aerial yoga, fashion, beauty, languages, speech, drama and photography. Fascinatingly, Manish's rumoured girlfriend Avika Gor was also a part of this party and they also posed for the shutterbugs. 

Other celeb guests included Raza Murad, Digangana Suryavanshi, Dheeraj Dhoopar, Rohit Verma, Prerna Wanvari, Simple Kaul, Anuj Sachdeva and Sonarika Badhoria.
