Akshay Kumar’s lovely voice for Ganesh Acharya’s film Dehati Disco!

Bollywood Akshay Kumar maintains a very special relationship with National Award-winning choreographer Ganesh Acharya (Masterji). Every song with the combination of Akshay Kumar and Masterji has turned out to be a chartbuster song. The Khiladi star is always there to support him and his work. He even lent his strong voice to the trailer of his forthcoming movie.

Speaking about Akshay Kumar, Ganesh Acharya posted, “Akshay is a dear friend of mine. When he came to know that I am making a film based on dance, he wanted to support the film in every way. Akshay has always been like a tower of strength for me since the early days of my career. He never fails to surprise me. I feel delighted to have someone like Akshay Kumar besides me, supporting everything that I do.”

Dehati Disco is helmed by Manoj Sharma and produced by Vaseem Qureshi, Gitesh Chandrakar, and Kamal Kishor Mishra. The movie features, Ganesh Acharya, Ravi Kishan, and Super Dance - Chapter 3 finalist Saksham Sharma in important roles.

Dehati Disco is slated to release in theatres on the 27th of May, 2022.

 

Ganesh Acharya in awe of Allu Arjun and Samantha’s act in song Oo Antava!

In the hit film Pushpa: The Rise, Allu Arjun and Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s special song Oo Antava instantly became a blockbuster and garnered lots of admiration from the viewers. Besides the lyrics of the song, its dance moves and hook steps are also getting lots of attention. As we all know that choreographer Ganesh Acharya is the person behind the super sensuous dance.

Lately, in a media chat with a daily, Ganesh Acharya opened up on working with Allu Arjun and Samantha during the song. Ganesh Acharya revealed, “Allu Arjun called me to choreograph in a very short notice. We rehearsed for the song for two days and I worked with Samantha for the first time. I briefed both of them on how I wanted the song and how we will do the sensuous moves. They rehearsed and did justice to the song. Samantha and Arjun brought a certain attitude to the song and that is why the song worked really well.”
