Denise Jonas’s Rs 55 lakhs gift for daughter in law Priyanka Chopra!

International stars Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas exchanged wedding vows at the Umaid Bhawan Palace Hotel in Jodhpur on December 1, 2018. They tied the knot again yesterday as per Hindu traditions and a mandap of 40 feet height was erected with the glorious Mehrangarh Fort visible from it. Priyanka Chopra looked like a dream in a red lehenga whereas Nick Jonas was dressed in a sherwani. The marriage took place in the Baradari lawn of the palace.

The ceremony on December 1, 2018 was presided by Nick Jonas’ father, Paul Kevin Jonas. Nick’s mother Denise Jonas gifted her a pair of earrings as per a report in a tabloid. The earrings are from Van Cleef & Arpels and she handpicked this marriage gift for her daughter-in-law. The earrings have 170 stones and is of 6.7 carats. It costs a whopping $79,500, approximately Rs. 55 lakhs.

Newly engaged Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are spending quality time together in the middle of their hectic work schedules in New York. The pair got engaged in July on her birthday after he proposed to her. Nick and Priyanka pronounced their engagement to the world after their roka ceremony that took place on August 18, 2018. Nick Jonas’ parents Kevin Jonas and Denise Jonas flew to Mumbai for the roka ceremony and puja.

Priyanka bonded with Nick Jonas’ mother in New York recently and Denise Jonas shared a photograph with Priyanka on her social media account. She captioned it, “So Blessed #daughterinlove”

Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra will seemingly get wedded on December 1, 2018 in Jodhpur. The duo will tie the knot at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur and their pre-wedding celebrations including the sangeet ceremony will take place at the Mehrangarh Fort on November 29, 2018, as per media reports.
