Dhurandhar Victory Walk: Ranveer Singh & Deepika Padukone Jet Off for New Year After Box Office Records
In a celebration befitting a "Dhurandhar,"
Bollywood superstar Ranveer Singh made his first triumphant public
appearance on Monday, December 22, 2025, since his latest spy thriller
shattered Indian box office records. The actor, currently basking in the
massive success of the Aditya Dhar-directed blockbuster, was spotted at the
Mumbai airport alongside his wife, Deepika Padukone, and his family as
they headed out for a well-deserved New Year's holiday.
The "Dhurandhar" Glow: Twinning and Winning
The power couple turned heads in the early hours of Monday
morning, sporting perfectly coordinated winter ensembles.
- The
Look: Both stars opted for chic black-and-grey outfits. Ranveer
donned an all-black ensemble layered with a textured grey overcoat and a
signature black beanie. Deepika complemented him in a grey blazer, black
trousers, and oversized sunglasses.
- The
Vibe: Fans on social media have dubbed the appearance a "Victory
Walk." After a quiet phase, Ranveer was seen smiling and holding
Deepika’s hand, radiating the confidence of an actor who just delivered
one of the biggest hits in Indian cinema history.
- Family
Celebration: Adding to the festive spirit, Ranveer’s family—his father
Jagjit Singh Bhavnani, mother Anju Bhavnani, and sister Ritika—were also
seen at the airport, suggesting a full family celebration for the film’s
historic run.
Dhurandhar Box Office: The Record-Breaking Context
The holiday comes at a time when Dhurandhar is
rewriting the record books. The film has officially outperformed Ranbir
Kapoor’s Animal in domestic net collections, crossing the ₹550 crore
mark in India.

The film's success is particularly notable for its
"Second Saturday" performance, which recorded the highest-ever
collection for a Hindi film on that specific day, surpassing Pushpa 2
and Stree 2.
"Nazar aur Sabr": Ranveer’s First Words on
Success
Before flying out, Ranveer broke his silence on the film’s
performance with a cryptic yet meaningful social media post. He shared a note
stating, "Kismat ki ek bohut khoobsurat aadat hai, ki woh waqt aane par
badalti hai... Lekin filhal. Nazar aur sabr" (Destiny has a beautiful
habit of changing when the time is right... but for now, faith and patience).
With Dhurandhar Part 2 already scheduled for March 19, 2026, the actor is clearly enjoying the peak of his career before diving into future projects like Don 3.
