One of the much awaited flicks of 2019 is Raj Mehta’s Good
News. Featuring Diljit Dosanjh, Kiara Advani, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Akshay
Kumar, Good News is based on the story of a married couple who are trying to
have a baby.
The film was pronounced earlier this year by Dharma
Productions and Karan Johar on Twitter. Recently, the stars of the movie
started the shooting for the movie. In a video shared by Dharma Productions, we
can see Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani clapping off the start of the film
without Kareena Kapoor Khan and Akshay Kumar. They can be seen discussing that
Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor Khan are never late for the shoot and that they
are missing them. Now, they began the shoot of the film.
Good News will be helmed by Raj Mehta and will be produced
by Karan Johar. The film spins around pregnancy and surrogacy. The movie is scheduled
to release tentatively on July 19, 2019.
