Motherhood has been a life-changing experience for actress and businessperson Shilpa Shetty, tells her younger sister Shamita, who has also had a stint in Bollywood.

Shamita, who considers Shilpa her 'second mother', tells the way her sister is bringing up her four-year-old son with husband Raj Kundra, is ideal. 

"Motherhood has changed her (Shilpa) completely. For me, my sister is like a second mother to me anyway. Mothering comes naturally to my sister. But it is so wonderful to watch her around Viaan... The way she is bringing him up with right values... It is just wonderful," Shamita revealed.

The 38-year-old actress, who was here to attend the Lakme Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2017 at the Reliance Jio Garden, tells she would love to share screen space with Shilpa, if something worthwhile is offered to them both.

Shamita Shetty performs on 'Jhalak...' despite nose injury!

It had been lately informed that Shamita Shetty, who is one of the contestants on dance reality show, Jhalak Dikkhala Ja Reloaded, freshly met with an injury during the rehearsals of her routine, which resulted in a broken nose. But, it seems that despite this, Shetty has decided to go on with her performance, so as to not let down her fans.

For those who do not know this, Shamita lately injured her nasal bone during rehearsals and was bleeding profusely from the cut on the dorsum of the nose. She was diagnosed with a nasal bone fracture and also had to have a couple of stitches. Though the doctor has advised Shamita to have complete best rest for two weeks to allow proper healing, she is continuing to perform despite the injury as she does not want to disappoint her supporters.

Confirming the news, Shamita Shetty told, “Yes I have fractured my nasal bone but my performance is more important. The kind of love and support I've received from viewers is humbling and I do not want to let them down."
