Mithun Chakraborty’s 'fought back' spirit over suicidal thinking during his struggling days!

Mithun Chakraborty is one of the famous actors of film industry. Fans loved his dancing skills. Even though he has distanced himself from the silver screen, the actor enjoys a huge fan following and admirers still get excited to see him on the silver screen. Mithun was last seen in The Kashmir Files.

In a latest media chat, Mithun Chakraborty was questioned what was the most difficult phase of his career and how did he bounce back from it? The actor responded that he generally does not talk much about this and also there is no particular phase he wants to mention. He further stated that we should not talk about those struggling days since it might demotivate aspiring artists. “Everyone goes through struggles, but mine was so much. Sometimes I used to think I won't be able to achieve my goals, I even thought of committing suicide. I couldn't even return to Kolkata due to some reasons. But my advice is never to think of ending your life without fighting. I am a born fighter and I didn't know how to lose. And, see where I am now,” revealed the actor.

On the film front, Mithun Chakraborty will next be seen starring in a Bengali film Projapoti. 

Mithun Chakraborty's health update by his son!

Presently, veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty is in the news after a pic of the actor from a hospital is doing rounds on the internet. Ever since the pic surfaced online, fans have been praying for his health.

Finally, Mithun's son Mahaakshay Chakraborty shared an update on his father's health and disclosed that he was admitted to a hospital in Bengaluru due to kidney stones. He also revealed that the pic was from Mithun's latest hospital visit.

Mahaakshay talked about his father Mithun, in a latest media chat with a daily and he revealed, "He was admitted due to kidney stones. He is discharged from the hospital and now he is fit and fine." The pic was shared by the National Secretary – BJP Dr. Anupam Hazra on Twitter. He wrote: “Get well soon Mithun Da. I wish you a speedy recovery Mithun Da,” he wrote in Bengali.

 

It's going to be a challenge worth taking, says Mithun Chakraborty on his new show The Drama Company!

The Drama Company has created a lot of noise for its ensemble cast which will soon air on Sony Entertainment Television. After roping in gifted comedians like Krushna Abhishek and Sudesh Lahiri, the newest to join the cast is the Bollywood superstar and the king of Disco, Mithun Chakraborty. Joining Mithun Da, Krushna and Sudesh on the show will be the talented team of Ali Asgar, Dr. Sanket Bhosale, Sugandha Mishra and many more well-known faces. Mithun Chakraborty who makes his acting debut on television, will be essaying a pivotal character and not his usual self in The Drama Company. The show will be one roller coaster ride for the whole cast and promises to be a laugh riot for viewers. With Mithun Da’s amusing presence, the entertainment quotient will be heightened to maximum for all audiences.

Seeing it’s a challenge to be a part of The Drama Company Mithun Chakraborty tells, “For the first time, I will not be playing myself on Television but a very interesting character with a lot of quirks. While it is challenging after hearing the creative details from the makers, it is going to be a challenge worth taken.”

Seemingly, Sunil Grover will be seen making special appearances in the show. The show will begin from 15th July and will replace Sabse Bade Kalakar.
