The international diva Priyanka Chopra has added another feature to her glowing hat, as she has become the first Indian to pronounce Oscar nominations in its 93-year Academy Award history. The desi girl and her husband Nick Jonas announced the nominations in 23 different categories, Priyanka's film The White Tiger received a nod in the Best Adapted Screenplay category. Helmed by Ramin Bahrani, the film bagged the nomination along with movies like ‘Borat: Subsequent Moviefilm’ ‘The Father’ ‘Nomadland’ and ‘One Night in Miami’.
On this achievement, Priyanka Chopra has been receiving lovely messages from her friends from Bollywood. Her friend Hrithik Roshan took to his Instagram handle to congratulate to his Agnipath costar and told, "It’s just a beginning, way to go." The Bollywood hunk star posted a photograph wherein he can be seen holding Priyanka’s book Unfinished and posted, “Unfinished. Unstoppable. One of a kind. Congratulations Peecee! Oscar Noms are just the beginning…Way to go ! More power to you,” followed by a heart emoticon.
The prestigious Oscars award ceremony will be held on April
25.
