Lately, Sara was shooting in Bangkok on her birthday and
Kartik specifically took an off from Pati Patni Aur Woh shoot and headed to the
city to astonish his ‘princess'. It was while shooting for Imtiaz Ali’s forthcoming
love story that Kartik and Sara became good friends.
Now, as per a daily, Kartik used to take care of Sara while
shooting for Aaj Kal. Since Sara has a sweet tooth and can binge away when she finds
sweets, Kartik gave special instructions on the sets to keep sweets away from
her. As per the news, Kartik values the efforts that Sara has put in while
working on herself over the years and hence, he made extra efforts to keep her
away from the temptation of sweets.
A source revealed, “Whenever someone got sweets on the sets,
it would be kept hidden from Sara, as instructed by Kartik. Sara’s sweet saga
had become a joke of sorts on the set. While shooting for Imtiaz Ali’s film,
Sara and Kartik would explore local eateries. Sara being the ultimate sweet
lover, would gorge on her favourite sweet dishes. However, it was Kartik who
would keep a check on her binge. Kartik tries to keep her away from sweets as
much as possible.”
