Superstar Salman Khan was sentenced on 5th April 2018 to
five years imprisonment by a Jodhpur court for killing two blackbucks during a
film shoot in Rajasthan in 1998. The court also slapped him with a fine of Rs
10,000.
Salman Khan and sisters Arpita Khan Sharma and Alvira
Agnihotri were obviously stunned and disappointed after hearing the quantum of
punishment. While the legal drama unfolded in Jodhpur, it was a decisive day
for his production house, Salman Khan Films (SKF), in Mumbai, as it made
headway in their foray into television.
As per hearsays in a tabliod, in a three-hour long meeting,
the producers’ greenlit seven shows that will be aired across numerous
channels. ''The team sanctioned a romantic series set in a college, a drama
that delves into the problems of a joint family and a murder mystery. They also
have a crime thriller that focusses on the lives of Mumbai's police force,''
the source told.
The source further revealed that Salman Khan had also conceptualised
a unique reality show and was keen that his production house give shape to it.
''Salman Khan wanted to launch a reality show that will hunt for new talent for
his production house.''
